Accounting Software Course equips trainees with a detailed use of accounting software. We use one of a range of accounting software to conduct the course which includes: M.Y.O.B., WebERP, QuickBooks, and TurboCASH. In any of these accouting software, functions which we teach include: Installation followed by a general introduction of the software; setting up initial books of accounts like general ledger; Working with Bank accounts; Entering sales and invoices; Receiving payments and making deposits; Entering and paying bills; Analyzing financial data; Setting up inventory; Tracking and paying sales tax; Doing payroll (for those software with payroll like QuickBooks and TurboCASH); Estimating and progress invoicing; Tracking potentials; and Password Security and Multi-User Access and privilege management.
